As a parent, I am also very worried about the safety of the toys I purchase! As a store owner, I'm worried about selling the right kind of toy. The last thing any Toy Store owner wants to do is sell a toy that could in some way harm a child. I love selling toys because they help to educate our kids and provide hours of enjoyment.
As a solution to this problem we'll be posting lists of age appropriate toys for the holiday season that haven't needed to be recalled. There are a lot of great manufacturers out there that have not been affected by the recent recalls. There are also several manufacturers that we work with who even took the extra step to recertify that their manufactureing plants were up to code and make sure that their toys were extra safe.
We'll supply the list so you can shop knowing that you've done the homework!
